BroadBuilder’s role in Clasp
BroadBuilder is behind Clasp’s product design and development. The approach is to keep the context of a service job together: who the customer is, where the work happens, what was requested, and what comes next. Clasp applies that approach to the everyday records a service business uses, from the first request through the invoice.
