Get help
For customer records, estimates, appointments, invoices, or service disputes, contact the service business identified in your Clasp workspace or customer portal. That business manages its records and services.
Clasp account and plugin support
Clasp is operated by Samir Avanessov. For account access, plugin connection problems, security reports, or privacy requests, email clasp.pro@gmail.com.
Connecting ChatGPT
Use https://mcp.clasp.pro/mcp with OAuth. Sign in to Clasp, choose the company you own, and review the requested access. Customer creation and contact changes require the separate customer-task permission. Never paste your password, verification code, or access token into a chat.
What the plugin supports
Find customers, requests, estimates, jobs, visits, and invoices. Create a customer with a US service address, or update customer names and contact details. The plugin does not send messages, create estimates or invoices, delete records, or move money.
A lookup or change failed
Confirm you are signed in to the correct company and that your connection still has permission. For an update, read the latest record first. If a save was interrupted, check the record before trying again to avoid duplicates.
Report a problem safely
Include the affected feature, approximate time, and the visible error. Remove customer information from screenshots. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, or private customer links.
Disconnecting and data requests
Disconnect Clasp in ChatGPT to stop using the plugin. Ask your workspace owner to revoke company permissions and handle correction, export, or deletion requests. Disconnecting does not delete saved Clasp records or existing ChatGPT conversations.
