About Clasp
A customer request becomes an estimate, a job, a visit, and an invoice. Clasp gives small service businesses one place to keep that chain of work together.
Customer details and service locations give each estimate, job, visit, and invoice the context your team needs to act.
The information entered at the start of a request should still be useful when the work is scheduled and the invoice is prepared.
Connected records help everyone see what was requested, what was quoted, and what comes next.
Why Clasp exists
Small service businesses often carry job details across calls, messages, notes, calendars, and documents. Clasp is designed to reduce that handoff work by keeping the core service records connected.
The browser workspace covers customers, service locations, estimates, jobs, visits, team assignments, and invoices. An authorized private ChatGPT connector can also look up records and create or update customers.
Accountability
Clasp is operated by Samir Avanessov. Product, privacy, account, and security questions can be sent to clasp.pro@gmail.com.
Each service business controls the customer and work records in its workspace. Clasp uses role-based access and keeps authorized connector access tied to the selected company.
