Customer and service-location records
Keep the person requesting work and the property where it happens together, so the next estimate, job, visit, or invoice begins with the right context.
Clasp features
Clasp is a browser workspace for small service businesses that need the customer, the work, the visit, and the invoice record to stay connected as the day moves forward.
Core workspace
Clasp is organized around the relationships between a customer, a service location, the requested work, and the documents and visits that follow. The point is not a longer feature checklist—it is less re-entering and less searching for the context that already belongs with the job.
Keep the person requesting work and the property where it happens together, so the next estimate, job, visit, or invoice begins with the right context.
Capture the work to be considered, build line-item estimates, and reuse your own saved terms rather than recreating the same document language for each job.
Turn the work into connected job and visit records, then use the schedule to understand what is planned and what needs attention next.
Associate the people responsible for work with the job and visit details, so office and field users can work from the same current record.
Keep billing documents connected to the customer, service location, and work they describe. The record remains part of the job story instead of a separate spreadsheet or inbox thread.
Save the terms your business uses and apply them where they belong in the estimate workflow, with the surrounding customer and job context still available.
What the connection changes
A typical service request does not stop at the first call. It can become an estimate, then a job, a scheduled visit, a team assignment, and an invoice. Clasp keeps those records related so that the person planning the work and the person carrying it out can start from the same details.
This feature set is intended for service businesses that coordinate work at customer properties. The browser workspace works on a phone or computer without an install. Optional native Android and iPhone apps remain in beta.
Optional connected workflows
After a business connects and authorizes it, the private Clasp connector can look up records and create or update customers using its supported tools. It does not give ChatGPT automatic access to every workspace action.
Home Depot / Pro Lead Bridge is included with Clasp. After the business completes Pro Referral sign-in in its authorized browser connection, Clasp can automatically capture assigned leads into the selected workspace and update matching source records without creating duplicate work.
The connection is tenant-scoped and reports when a source sign-in or session needs attention. A healthy setup enables automatic lead capture; your business still decides how to contact, quote, schedule, or otherwise work each lead.
Feature questions
Clasp supports customers, service locations, requests, estimates, jobs, visits, team assignments, schedules, and invoice records. The relationship between those records is the core of the workspace.
